Hope everything is ok patience asked, hmm I have no idea said the guard while still waiting for chidima to follow her, patience look at chidima giving her a sign that she is in trouble.

Chidima finally stood from bed and follow the guard to the reason why the king will request to see her.

The king was sitting with his wife the queen on the throne when the guard brought chidima to them,

Oh so this is her the king asked the queen yes your highness this is chidima that have been telling you about she said smiling.

That's good she is too beautifuf now I can agree with you and your request is granted said the king to the queen, guards to and call everyone ,I mean everyone in this palace to come here immediately we have an important announcement to make.

I was still confused of what is happening what did the queen told the king about me and what was her request I was still wondering when people in the palace started coming into the room and each of them greeted the king.

King

I thank you all for coming out here , am going to make this meeting very brief you know the have been so much stress on the queen handling the maids duties I want to help her reduce some of her stress.

So to this effect I will be appointing one of the maid as the chief maids among other maids in this palace. The was a silent in the room as the king was talking to the queen in a whisper, excuse me my king I know it not in my position to speak ,hmmm yes go on my daughter, thank you my king I think if am given this Post I will very your faithful savants my king because have work in this palace for more than 5 years and am the oldest walker, one the maids who's name was Ada speak out

 Ok we understand and we are very happy to have you Ada but we already have someone that will take the place.

This statement brought surprise reaction from everyone because everyone thought it going to be Ada

As I was saying ,the King continue speaking, She Will stop walking but only supervise other maids  and Will be the right hand maid for the queen. Wow everyone started clapping ,ok thank you and now I will call out our new chief maid to come out the king and everyone where so eager to see who's the king's choice.

Pls chidima come out let everyone see chidima came out and everyone started murmuring (this new girl that just came 2 weeks ago)

Silence I know she came two weeks ago but I can't.make any decisions here but the queen so this is our choice ,so now what ever she tell you all to do,do it if she report any of you for being stubborn  then you will be seriously punish the king said dismissing everyone.

Chidima I hope you won't disappoint us the king sàid while the queen only smile. Thank you so much my king and queen I promise to make you both proud, alright dr after you see me this night in my Chamber the queen said dismissing her.

When I finally left the king and queen present I was going to my room when Ada drag me from my left into one  Corner, hey listen to me have been this palace for long and  the didn't consider me you see that witchcraft spell you use on the king and queen? 

I promise you that it won't work here because I am the one that will rule you and not you rule me Ada said walking out and leaving me there alone.

I was about going to my room when I saw the prince coming towards my direction, I was about going back when he called me
